14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Feed Analyzer Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. No questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal date.
  • The 14-day guarantee applies once per subscription period. If you renewed your subscription, the 14-day window starts from the renewal date.
  • This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

After the 14-Day Period

Beyond the 14-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, visit the Feed Analyzer account portal and select Request a refund. You will be guided through the process.

Processing

  • Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You will receive a credit note by email once the refund is processed.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not generate a refund. To receive a refund within the eligible period, you must submit a refund request as described above.
